minimax-h3ai.video is a hosted video generator. You are responsible for the prompts, reference files, and how you use the output.

You may not use this site to

• Create sexual or pornographic content involving anyone 17 or under, or anyone who appears to be
• Impersonate a real person with their face or voice without a right to do so
• Produce scams, malware instructions, or violent threats
• Upload reference media you do not have the right to use
• Attempt to bypass safety filters, rate limits, or the account system

We may suspend accounts and withhold unused credits when we reasonably believe these rules were broken.

Faces, voices, and characters

Reference-to-video can lock a face, a body, or a voice. That is the point of the feature, and it is also the feature that is easiest to misuse. Only upload people who consented, or characters you have the right to depict. Publicity-right and likeness claims are yours, not MiniMax's, and not ours.

Commercial use

Output from this site is for personal and evaluation use on every plan. For commercial work, generate through MiniMax's own Hailuo product or the official API, which ship with MiniMax's commercial terms. We cannot grant those rights.

Reporting

If you believe a clip on this site uses your likeness without consent, write to hello@minimax-h3ai.video with a URL or task id and we will review it.
